FAQ

General

How long does it take to fully charge the product?

The charging time depends on the power of the charger that you use. Using a PD45W charger to get the device fully charged will cost about 2.5 hours.

Can this product be used to test LiFePO4 batteries?

No, currently the product does not support testing of LiFePO4 batteries.

Is there any advice on battery testing?

To test a battery, you should get it fully charged first. Then leave it alone for at least 6 hours before testing.

Operation

What can I do when my vehicle failed to get started?

Please ensure the charge level of V4500 Plus is above 50%, and shift to the BOOST mode to start your vehicle.

Why does Bluetooth connection fail?

Before Bluetooth connection, some necessary permissions (such as location) must be granted. Bluetooth connection must be established from inside the app. If you have already established Bluetooth connection with the device via your phone's system settings, please undo it first and then try to establish Bluetooth connection from inside the app.

In a low-temperature environment of -10 degrees Celsius, with the product battery at 25%, why is the fault icon ON when starting the engine?

This is a normal phenomenon. It occurs because the product has been placed in a low-temperature environment for an extended period, leading to a decrease in the internal activity of the battery and an increase in its internal resistance. At the moment of starting, the battery voltage drops rapidly, triggering the low battery alarm.

It is recommended to take the following three methods to address this issue when using the product in environments below 0 degrees Celsius.
1. Multiple Starts. The alarm should be eliminated once the internal temperature of the battery rises and the battery's activity is restored.
2. Try to keep the battery power above 80% in winter low-temperature conditions.
3. During cold weather, store the product in an environment above 0 degrees Celsius. Move it to a low-temperature environment only when needed for use.
