Can TS004 detect objects underwater, through glass or through a wall?

No. Infrared detectors mainly detect 8 to 14μm long-wave infrared areas, and can only be used to measure surface temperature.

Can any phone be connected to TS004?

Currently, TS004 supports phones with Android 7 or later OS and phones with iOS 12 or later OS.

Is the focus of the camera fixed or adjustable?

The infrared camera comes with a fixed focus. The user can turn the diopter adjustment knob to optimize the sharpness of the image displayed in the viewfinder.

How long can l use TS004 to record videos?

You can keep recording videos before the battery of TS004 runs out. However, TS004 will automatically save the video every 20 minutes.

Operation

How do l view the captured thermal images on a PC?

Connect TS004 to a PC via the USB cable, and then you can view the thermal images stored on TS004.
